In this scam, you receive a fake email from a Federal Agency (NACHA, the Federal Reserve, the FDIC or NCUA) asking you to click on a link to resolve some type of problem with your account or address a recent transaction. Once you open the link, “Gameover” takes control of the your computer and thieves have access to your usernames, passwords and eventually money in your account.
